Personally, I'm in favor of trading down, and with the LOADED D-line class this year, trading down won't hurt.

So, without further ado:

Philly gives NE pick 4 (1800 points) in exchange for pick 29 (640 points), pick 59 (310 points), and two conditional 2014 picks (either 2/3 or 3/4).

NE takes Sheldon Richardson, to help out big Vince in the middle of that defense.

All of a sudden, the next 3 teams pick defensive players, and the front office of Philly freaks. While aware of the depth of this D-line class, they don't want to miss out on the elite of the elite talent here.

So we give Philly pick 15 (1050 points), pick 75 (215 points), pick 106 (82 points), and pick 137 (37.5 points) for pick 29 (640 points), pick 35 (550 points), and, since we have them at the disadvantage here, we squeeze pick 59 (310 points) from them.

From there, our draft goes...

Round 1, Pick 29 (from PHI) : Sylvester Williams, DT (UNC).

Round 2, Pick 3 (from PHI) : Margus Hunt, DE (SMU)

Round 2, Pick 27 (from PHI) : David Amerson, CB (NC State)
