We already know what cuts were made, now we got a few restructures to take care of
Mark Sanchez- 4M
Nick Mangold- 3M
Santonio Holmes- 3.5M(wont see it)
Antonio Cromartie- 3.5M
David Harris- 3M
Sione Pouha- 3M(wont see it)
can all free up about 20M if they all restructure their deals
Trading Tebow frees up 2.5M and we'd get a 6th Rounder to work with and that'll give us about 28M to work with
We can re-sign a ton of our own free agents in the process
Laron Landry(long term 6M per)
Dustin Keller(long term 4.5M per)
Mike DeVito- 2M
Matt Slauson(long term 4M per)
Austin Howard- tender
Jason Smith- min
Braylon Edwards- min
Josh Mauga- min
Tanner Purdum- min
Jordan White- mn
Jeff Cumberland- min
Other free agents
QB Brady Quinn-
RB Justin Forsett-
ILB Tavares Gooden-
OLB Antwan Barnes- reunites with Rex
OLB Jamaal Westerman- returns
Draft
Trade back with Cincinnati, acquire a 1-2-5
Round 1- WR Keenan Allen California- Allen is the prototype WR in a WCO. Reliable in every facet of the game and low risk pick here.
Round 2- OG Jonathan Cooper North Carolina- Cooper is an ideal fit for the ZBS, which I think we're going to run. Great value here early in the 2nd
Round 2- S Johnathan Cyprien Florida International- Cyprien shot up draft boards and should be here early in the 2nd Round.
Round 3- OLB Brandon Jenkins Florida State- Jenkins got hurt and his stock fell but when healthy I can see him turning into a legit stud off the edge
Round 4- TE Vance McDonald Rice- a solid TE prospect who should be a nice compliment to Dustin Keller. He may go earlier but I see him being here early on day 3
Round 5- RB Stepfan Taylor Stanford- Taylor ran an underwhelming 40 but his film is legit. Not a home run threat but I think our offense needs guy who can gradually pick up yards and move the chains
Round 6- CB Tyrann Mathieu LSU- The Honey Badger just makes things happen on the field, whether it be in our sub packages or on special teams I think he'll cause havoc at least 1 time a game and come up huge for us
Round 6- DT Quinton Dial Alabama- We need another 3-4 DE for depth purposes. Dial is a solid player who excels against the run, should be good value later on
Round 7- P Quinn Sharp Oklahoma State- A Punter is very important for field position and we should look to draft a young guy
Round 7- K Brandon McManus Temple- Folk has been good but inconsistent at times, McManus has a leg that could thrive in the northeast which is something we need come playoff time
UDFA- FB Tommy Bohanon
2013 New York Jets Depth Chart

I like it but i dont feel comfortable with the injury prone Jenkins and mcIntyre battling for the starting job. I like Keenan Allen in the first, but i feel like WRs aren't a huge need as long as we resign Braylon. OLB should be a lock in the first unless we sign two pass rushers in FA. _________________

| This is unrealustic. Sanchez wont restructure guaranteed money and no way Cooper will not make it out of first.... |

Even if we don't do all the restructuring and can't sign Landry and Keller and if we have to substitute Long or Warford for Cooper I still like the rest of this draft.
I think the experienced Allen is a much better fit as a wr for us in the first than Patterson who has, IMO, risen because of potential.
I've like Cyprien and McDonald since the college all star games and had hoped that we could have taken them 2 or 3 rounds later
Jenkins was one of my favorite from last year. I think he can be a very good pass rusher
Taylor wouldn't be my first choice but would be a solid pickup in the fifth
I think I would resign Moore over Slauson |

not into drafting kickers and punters, im sure they'd be available as a UDFA. im sure we can try to grab some late round gems instead. _________________

Yeah but they aren't guaranteed to sign with you if you take them as a UDFA and there is never much value in the 7th round anyway. If you like the kicker/punter draft him and lock him up _________________

quinn is close to being out of the nfl and forsett hasnt proven enough to be considered a starter _________________ Marv Cook:
