Here it is. Teams stay away from him because of his medical condition. He drops out of the top 15. Now here is the question: At what point would you be willing to trade up to get him? My feelings are if he lasts to the mid 2nd round I would trade to get him. Again this is a hypothetical question so no need to add the "he'll go in the top 10 comment."
That is all

If we took an o.l.b. at pick 6 no. Since we may need to draft a q.b. next year I wouldn't trade a future pick. Might for our 3rd and 4th this year if we need an o.l.b. _________________ browns and indian fan 7272

| We don't have a 2nd round pick. So no ammo to move up. |

I'm not sure he'll take a Daquan Bowers nosedive but slipping out of the top 10 could happen. With the lack of top level talent this draft I cant see him slipping too far. And even if he did we really don't have the ammo to trade back into the first for him. _________________

If the risk is real, I really wouldn't want to expend assets to get him. _________________ Everything happens exactly the way it is supposed to happen...otherwise, it would happen some other way |

| I don't want him at any point in the draft because I'm convinced that condition will cut his career short. |

People were saying similar things about Peterson's injury history at OU. You should never not take a player because of what MIGHT happen to him. It's just not smart.
That being said, Jarvis Jones is not an elite talent like AP, which is why I don't really want him. And he's already 24 which annoys me. But I will never exclude a player for what might happen to him. You can't play that game. |

IMO if we make a move for Jones it would be a trade down into the teens & pick up extra picks.

I think that's a horrible comparison, people weren't worried about AP's injury history in college, all he had was a broken collarbone, they were worried about his upright running style. Plus they weren't worried too much because he didn't fall our of the top 10. Jones has a narrowing of the spine. This is the same thing that cut Marcus McNeal's career short. It's a completely different thing than a style of play and a broken collarbone.
All that being said, to me, if he's not worth the risk in the top 10, than he's not worth the assets it would take to get back into the first round for. _________________ "If you can't stand the neural activity, than stay out of the neural activator" -Professor Fink

If he falls all the way to the 2nd round then I would stay away from him because then his injury would have raised a huge red flag. _________________

I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it. I think Jones is a 43 Sam, and nothing else.
I've also never thought He was that great of an athlete. All the Von Miller comparisons I thought were a joke.
Having said that, I don't want him at all. But He will make a solid football player for someone that will win on hustle and smarts. _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

really? the amount of plays he made on that Georgia defense was pretty crazy. to make all those game changing plays like he did in his career to me show me he was something special.
but if he is falling or falls into the 2nd rd then that shows that all 32teams are scared about his health. no thank you _________________

People who were saying that about AP were foolish, and there injuries aren't even comparable. AP's injuries at OU weren't things that could suddenly reappear, Jones' is. Bad comparison. |

He's got good short area quickness. And he knows how to play football. thats how he makes all those plays.
He's nothing close to Von Miller though. _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |
