My cousin is addicted to Adderall. He probably shouldn't be driving from Harvard to Rutgers on like 2 hours of sleep and 3+ pills of adderall and being up for 2 days already.

this... if you really want it ya..
time.. they have all the time in the world... no stress.. and best everything available.
for most american they carry to much of a work and stress load on little rest and dont have the opportunity or luxury to eat the best quality food.
but man.. times huge.. having the entire day to drink water cook work out rest do all the little odds and ends to taking care of your body.. thats huge.. time is so big.. even if you poor..if you dont work.. no execuses to being fat or out of shape like so much of our country is.

I know people that whine and moan and complain when another story breaks of an athlete using performance enhancing drugs.
But some of these people seek out adderall to cram for a test to do better.

hahaha never thought about it like that.. it is kinda cheating in a sense specially if these are the people with the degrees impacting the Job market..like you got your degree on drugs .. like GTFO you aint boss material..

Im in college, and I find taking adderall really helps give me the extra boost I need to buckle down and get focused. I don't understand why you would have a problem with it. There is no recognizable "high" and it really is just a little study buddy. It doesn't actually help you learn faster, it just makes it easier to keep your train of thought on the subject your studying.
I say don't judge it until you've tried it. |

 went to the gym and did all my knee exercises for the first time in forever and worked through the pain to get a sick pump around my knee. it was awkward.. i didnt wannna do it.. but re dedicated to strengthening it.
its soo hard to kinda put the ego aside and say .. hey i am going to do these squats with 10's on each side and shake a little and some one might snicker but fawwwk dem and fawwk your ego..man up and doo whats best for you..

that kinda sums up the realization i am going through. Doing the baby steps if i cant do the big steps cause even smalls steps are better then no steps .. and fixate on steps you cant do is going to get you no where.. for me i cant run and it kills me.. but i cant sit around pout about it like i do way to much.. maybe i can do lil bit of this exercise and that and make some improvement to maybe running again one day even if its 10 years out with better medical science.. but that is where its at man "if you don't go somewhere, then you're standing still.".
