Yup. Hard to imagine the Bears don't use the tag to retain one of the league's top interior rushers.

I wouldn't call that "winning" anything, actually. 
Does anyone have a listing of current FA WRs? I'm interested to see if the Texans look to the open market to fill a need; The big three are all known, but I doubt the Texans pony up the scratch for a Bowe, Jennings or Wallace...
