Key Losses
Amendola
C. Dahl
Mikel
Hagan
Key acquisitions
Louis Delmas
Draft
1. Keenan Allen WR Cal- Warmack, Patterson, and Vacarro are probably gone. We still get the top rated receiver with the 16th pick.
1. Jonathan Cooper OG/C UNC- We get a solid plug and play at guard or center for years to come. Not sexy but needed.
2. Khaseem Greene OLB Rutgers- Playmaking LB we need to get to the next level.
3. DJ Swearinger FS/SS SC- Love his versatility. With Waltons coaching, he and Delmas would be a force.
4. Dallas Thomas OT/G Tenn- More versatility along the OLine. Can take over for Richardson or slide inside if needed.
5. Michael Williams TE Bama- Arguably the best blocking TE in the country. Huge red zone target who will aid in the run game and max protect sets.
6. Knile Davis RB Ark- Let this kid get completley healed and we could have ourselves a big back with 4.3 speed.
7. AJ Klein LB Iowa St.- Big middle backer to groom for the future. _________________

I do like the mock for the most part. I'm assuming you have Steven staying with the lack of a higher draft pick or free agent signing at running back. Dallas Thomas is a late first early second round prospect so the 4th won't happen. I want Khaseeme Greene as much as I want anyone in this draft. Dj I believe will be gone by the time you have us getting him. I do like the first round. I'm more of a Coradarelle Patterson fan personally but Keenan Allen had the highest floor IMO. Jonathan Cooper is a great draft propect I think and he would help their exponentially. Michael Williams is such a great blocking tight end and pairing him with Kendricks will give us the best of both worlds. Knile Davis is going to be a sleeper in this draft if you asks. Overall goodies buddy. _________________

I like it. Though I do doubt Swearinger and D.Thomas will be there for those picks. I'd be very happy with this draft. _________________

I like it. But I wouldn't consider Craig Dahl a "key loss" |

Thanks for the positive feedback Flatlyner & 4 Lyfe. I was thinking that with the safety class being so deep, we should be able to snag a day one starter in the 3rd. Also, good catch on Dallas Thomas. I think I'll go with Coopers team mate ROT Brennan Williams. I had read somewhere that Thomas's stock was falling. _________________

Well, he is a 'key' loss as it improves our team immediately. In this case, "key" loss is our gain =) _________________

No problem bud. Yeah his stock may fall a little bit as basically everyones fluxuates (sp?) but I can't see it falling that far though that would be a great thing to happen ha. He is one of the best RT prospects this year IMO and wouldn't mind seeing him in horns. Could be there for our 2nd rounder but I wouldn't want to neglect the Tackle position in case he isn't there to take a chance. But yeah other than the small things Flatlyner and I said it's a good draft and I wouldn't throw a remote through my tv if it happened. _________________

He'll be there, but won't be participating in any of the drills because he's still having problems with his knee... _________________

His tape is going to be what teams rely on. |

The continued swelling is what's worrying, as this could be a sign of numerous things. Nothing substantial, but still somehat concerning...
He's gonna need to run the forty at some point, most likely a self made pro-day. I think he'll be fine though in the long run of things... _________________
