I've created this new War Room to enable me to update the front screen with our on going transactions and roster updates,
Great news on Jennings and I think we can all agree having Jennings and Austin join Hartline and Bess makes one of our weakest areas of our team now one of the strongest.
Although missing out on Levitre it was good to see we were in the right ball park when it comes to money being offered and there were a number of teams interested so was always going to be difficult.
With regards to tier 2 I think we should consider putting in two offers on players today, Harper and Ellen. As stated before which I think everyone agrees with we don't want to overbid on anyone but no harm in putting in decent offers.
With regards to Bess I think we should listen to offers like we are on most of the players but no point moving him unless we get a 3rd or high 4th.
Water - Could you check the cap info I have provided in the front page to make sure I am correct.

The contracts have been submitted. If anyone wishes to pursue anyone in tier 3 feel free to write up a contract offer dependant on if we have any success in tier 2. I would expect Harper is about to be offered silly money.

Please delete the Ellen contract.
It was made before the 15% rule.
I posted a new one which is 100k larger. Just enough to be larger than the one he wishes was similar.
