But here are a few changes:

Going back and forth between CSIII and Cox. If Cox didn't have the injury history, I would go with him. But he's always banged up. Though, I suppose it's a concern with CSIII as well, with his two concussions.

More often than not, Cox is the best player on the field. Unfortunately, he doesn't see enough of the field to really showcase his talent.

i voted blackmon over shorts or cox for the following reasons....
i think his ceiling is higher than shorts' b/c he is way more physical and won't have the concussion problems that are limiting shorts.
i devalue cox a little bit for the same reason..he's oft injured, limiting his contributions.
anyway...i value reliability, and truth be told i don't trust shorts or cox on that count.
