I honestly hope we don't sign any free agents. I don't want to restructure a lot of contracts with the intent of signing multiple free agents or even one high priced player. _________________ A circle. The direction the Cowboys continue to travel. |

Yeah I doubt we do anything either, but I guess this is for fun.
In no particular order:
Byrd
Levitre
Long
Melton
Avril _________________

Avril is not that good...Byrd would be sweet...but id say if Dallas could sign a couple of FA offensive line studs...like Levitre and Loadholt to friendly contracts and use the draft for Defensive studs on the line and safety id all work out nicely...
Peace |

Jason Jones (DE, Seahawks)
William Hayes (DE, Rams)
I'd love to get both these guys.. Jason Jones is a rotation guy who could add some passrush also from the inside in the nickel as he also often was used by the 'hawks. He has had trouble staying healthy, so he probably should come cheap.
William Hayes is a one year wonder, but I don't think it's because he was in a contract year since the year before also was, but without him putting up big numbers. Could see the Rams let him go, since they have two very good starters.
- He is fairly young at the age of 28 and had 7 sacks in a rotation role while being graded by PFF as the 9th best runstopping DE. He would be our projected starter at LDE.
McGee (CB, Bills)
Would like to add a veteran who can play on the outside. McGee is talented, but on the downside of his career and have been very injury plagued. Hopefully, that means we can get him cheap.
I don't think any of these guys is someone we would have to break the bank for.. But they would give us some good players on DE with a lot of potential and a vet to take over if Carr or Claiborne gets injured. |

OG:Andy Levitre. No more than 6mil per year. Age 27 for the 2013 season. Would free up our options in the draft. No pun intended.
LB:Phillip Wheeler: perfect SAM fit. Age 28 for 2013 season. Should come cheap, say 2mil per year. 3 year contract would be great.
DT: Henry Melton. Not that likely. Will likely get overpaid.
FS:Jairus Byrd. I think we have no chance at him. Would love to have him, though. |

| I wonder what Deangelo Williams is going to cost? He intrigues me as a compliment back to Murray. |
