This is the latest figures I can find. I'm guessing Browns figure went down because Frostee Rucker getting cut cost us some dead money. remember also you have to take around 5-6 million off of these cap figures for rookie's contract.

Id like to see the Browns spend most of the cap money. Im NOT saying go 20 mil over like some of these guys, but sitting with tons of room doesnt help either. Hopefully Banner takes a more middle of the road approach...
