I believe the "genius money guy from the Steelers" is Omar Khan. And while he is good, he truly doesn't do anything a lot of other guys in the industry are capable of doing. The big thing with Khan is that his opinion matters in that building and is taken into account. In so many other facilities around the league, GM's egos take hold of the situation and everyone else gets pushed aside. That's what we need to happen with Steve Keim, he needs to check his ego at the door. _________________

Moore said he won't try and shoehorn players into his system. Can't do that. Have to work with players' strength.
If Kolb can stay healthy. I think he will greatly benefit from Moore _________________

To bad the Head coach who calls the plays said you cant dink and dunk in the NFL and that you got to be able to throw the ball deep into tight windows. _________________
