Teams have the option of carrying over the remaining cap space from 2012 to 2013. The cap is expected to be approx. $120/121 million and the Colts were $3.5 million under the cap at the end of 2012

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/02/28/report-salary-cap-is-123-million/

Quote:
UPDATE 6:55 p.m. ET: Chris Mortensen of ESPN puts the number at $123.9 million. Which we like, since it meshes with our recent report that the number is expected to be more than $123 million. It translates to a 2.7-percent increase over last year.

So it looks as though the Colts will likely be playing with $127.4 million this year
