Home
Cincinnati, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, New England, N.Y. Jets, Green Bay,
Minnesota, Houston
Away
Cincinnati, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Miami, Chicago, Detroit, Denver
Assuming no drastic changes, we resign but don't over pay and we draft well, I would say 10-14 wins is achievable.
Key resignings
1-Joe Flacco 18m per year 6 year deal
2-Darnell Ellerbe 3m per year 3 year deal
3-Bryant Mckinnie 3m per year 2 years deal
Free Agents that walk
1-Paul Kruger Chiefs\Browns\Colts (Upshaw breaks out to complete a good goup of starting Lbs)
2-Cary Williams Colts\Eagles\Dolphins (Jimmy Smith and Webb form elite combo)
3-Ed Reed Colts\Patriots (Draft a FS in the 1st or 2nd round)
Restructuring the follwowing contracts-
1-Boldin
2-Jones
3-Ngata
4-Suggs
Cuts
1-Vonte Leach
2-Bobbi Williams
Opponents
Cincinnati-win
Cleveland-steam rolling win
Pittsburgh- last kick of the game win
New England - win
N.Y. Jets-win
Green Bay-close win
Minnesota- win
Houston -pay back win
Cincinnati- win (close game but we come out on top)
Cleveland- win (it's another game for us and the super bowl for them)
Pittsburgh- loss (we normally split with the steelers)
Buffalo- win (on par with the browns, paper thin and seem to get worse each year)
Miami - win (team in rebuild, we should be good to roll in a pound them up and roll out with a W)
Chicago - 50 50 (tought game I think the Bears will win the north next year)
Detroit -win (the lions are going to be in a mess for the next 2 seasons, with their cap and paper thin depth, 50% of their cap is in Stafford, Johnson and Suh)
Denver -loss (pay back time for the broncos if Manning is playing)
Best case 14-2 number 1 seed?
Worst case 10-6 (losses to Cincinnati away,Chicago, Green bay and Houston)
Another play off run....lets hope we get hot in January 2014...Super bowl number 3! |

If you don't mind me chiming in, I think Chicago, Green Bay, and New England will be (could be) losses.
I think the Ravens may end up somewhere in between your worst and best case scenarios.
Maybe 12-4/11-5. |

i like your thinking on the offseason for the Ravens but I don't think we'll cut V Leach ( McClain should be cut and we resign Ellerbe and draft an ILB to start next to him) _________________ BALL SO HARD UNIVERSITY!!!!! |

I love that road schedule. Pretty soft across the board, though a few teams are a bit scary. _________________

The reason I thought we would cut leach would be to moving to more of a passing offence. More 3 WR sets, but I suppose that all so comes down to who will be resigned at WR (Bolden and Jones etc).

I would agree pal, however ESPN has us down for a .540 schedule. I don't understand how they work that out, but 10-12 wins is where I think we will finish.
No games on the west coast, ball ache trips to Seattle or San Diego. |
