Has Browns picking at number 2 and selecting Teddy Bridgewater q.b. Louisville. If we are picking at this spot Bridgewater probably is the pick.
Now I don't think we will be picking here but if we do The Haslim honeymoon is over. Would Banner and Lombardi even survive? Browns nation would be in an uproar. Would be sad but it would make for another interesting off season although negative again.
Other picks we talked about.
J. Clowney goes number one over all to Jax.
J. Manziel q.b. no. 3 to Jets
Anthony Barr o.l.b. no.4 to Ariz.
Austin Sefarian-Jenkins t.e. no. 5 to k.c.
M. Lee w.r. to Buff.
Bradley Roby c.b. no.8 to Philly. _________________ browns and indian fan 7272

I could see us picking that high...after a trade up to get our QB or the studliest of studs DE. I'm a huge fan of all three if those players at the top and would pursue multiple trade options to get that high. As far as us earning that spot with our record...please. _________________ "If you can't stand the neural activity, than stay out of the neural activator" -Professor Fink

Really?
You really think we will be worse than last year?
I mean I understand we are changing defenses, though I don't think the transition will be that rough this year thanks to Horton.
All our good young players are now a year older and more experienced.
We will add several players in the draft and hopefully FA.
Honestly, if we pick inside the top 10 again, i'm gonna be pissed. _________________

If we're picking 2nd, we pretty much have to take Bridgewater there.
A little early for a reasonable 2014 mock, though. At least wait until we have the draft and free agency to begin to understand what the needs will likely be. If we draft Mike Glennon 6th overall or somehow sign Joe Flacco to a $20M/year contract, this pretty much eliminates Bridgewater at 2. |

| This is why u have to keep Weeden this year worst case scenario we have the option of Manziel bridgewater or Boyd. And this one does have us picking at 2 but the other guy on this website or another mock for 2014 (I foget) has us picking 18th |

IF Weeds doesn't advance in 2013, a QB is a lock - the more vid I see of Manziel the more he amazes me, kind of reminds me of a tall Doug Floutie hahaha
if Weeden does advance (and I'm hoping so in Chud's system) then frankly Clowney or Barr in a trade-up scenario would be THE final piece of the defensive puzzle assuming we address the CB/S issue this off-season.
Any way you slice it, the top end talent in 2014 looks so much better than the creame of the crop this year, and when you consider the scheme change coming on defense, I pray to the football Gods that we trade down Mangini-style, secure a few more mid-round picks and MOST importantly, set up another 1st for 2014. |
