Given. We know this now, but not much we can do other than restructure.
I'd love to have all that money back, not to mention our 2nd round selection and DRC's value at the time.
But, like everything else that happened under the Whiz/Graves resigme, all we can do is move forward. _________________

| Do we think Kolb would possibly buy into accepting a Matt Flynn type deal? |

With a Matt Moore vs Alex Smith vs Kevin Kolb battle, lets face it they all would've had about the same production but Kolb is the worst option for 2 reasons his contract and how fragile he is. I love Kolb but we would need at least a servicable backup, which is what we're calling Kolb!
We need to resturcture his contract or cut him. But cutting him I don't believe gets us anywhere cause like we've stated earlier in this thread is going to leave us right back where we are. Restructure is definetely plan A in my opinion _________________

Were putting DJ Williams on the trade block. With the emergence of Wesley Woodyard, DJ is expendable. He'd be a nice fit next Washington.
Were looking at a mid round pick and/or player. Message me if interested in negotiating _________________

I can say that I am a little interested. They did put him into a 3-4 towards the end of the season after his suspension. But suspensions always worry me,I wouldn't give up more than a 5th. _________________

I've been told by my source that there is a way to dump Kevin Kolb and save, basically, his entire salary against the 2013 cap. He informs me we can use one of our June 1st exemptions, which means we are allowed to cut a player before June 1st and roll over his prorated signing bonus into the next fiscal year. Note: This DOES NOT eliminate the prorated signing bonus from our cap obligations. It simply rolls it back into 2014. _________________

It is short term pain yes, but who plays QB then?
I have thought about that option champ, has its draw backs, too many for my liking. |

Have to agree. Might be best for us to try and restructure. The long-term effects aren't good. |

I pretty well doubt it, but wouldn't hurt to hear his cap numbers, and your cost. |

Idk what are total cap number is but if someone wants to help me out to save me time... They can just add up all the numbers that have CAP next to them and that total will be the teams salary cap number. If there's just one number next to their names that's there cap number/salary.
I'm not sure what our trade block should look like, so far the only suggestions have been..

OT Levi Brown
OG Adam Snyder

Haha not a lot of optinos when you need the only quality players you have and the players you COULD trade no one would want. _________________
