I were a college scout last year, but didn't really do much. I have much more time this year, and would I would like to be a college scout again.

I have added cool stuff to the first post!

And Positions!

If you would like a position listed, please send me a Personal Message stating:

1. Who you are.
2. What position you like.
3. Why you would be good for the job.
4. Date of Birth, Current Address, and Social Security Number.
5. Favorite Titans Player (Hint: It's probably Michael Griffin)

And I shall then conduct a thorough interview with you.

The hiring process will begin now and last through Tuesday, January 29th at 11:59pm EST. At that point, I would like to announce the individuals filling each office post. This is a 48 hour window, so if you are active enough to participate in this, it will not be an issue.

I myself am a highly active member of Football's Future, and I will be online daily. Feel free to reach me via PM at any moment, and I will reply ASAP. Any extended period of time that I will be offline (I.E. 24 hours or more), I will ensure you are all aware.

There have been a few of you who have already posted in this thread regarding positions, I know it's a bit of a hassle but for the sake of keeping everything organized and official, I would prefer you PM me your information as stated above.

I shall be organizing information into Excel Files and using Google Documents for FFMD.

I do not require you to be online 24/7, but I would like a staff that is relatively regularly online, and able to fulfill their job postings.

Currently in the process of creating the signatures that will unify our Front Office, and will go ahead and copy this post into the first page.

Looking forward to hearing from great candidates!

I had two people apply for AGM, and I don't have a problem giving them both the position.

But thus far I've had no one apply for capologist.

If either one of you want to take that role and not make me feel as guilty, I'd appreciate it.

FYI: both AGM and Capologist will essentially run as AGMs, second in commands. I anticipate having to do most of the numbers myself, but if either AGM candidate would help double check my work theyd get that additional title.

I am also working to try and have individual sigs for everyone.

Once I announce the staff later tonight, I'll post what we need to get done and we'll start setting it up.

Honestly, if it was pretty much any position other than capologist, I would be more than willing to help out. Unfortunately, one of the main reasons I'm a comm. major is simply because of just how terrible I am at math.

If you need the job filled, I can do my best, but if the other applicant is at all skilled with numbers, he is almost certainly better for the position than me.

I am pleased to announce the staff for the Tennessee Titans FFMD 2013!

For the role of General Manager, RuskieTitan has assumed those duties. I have no doubt he will lead us to have great success and other fabulous things.

For the role of Capologist, RuskieTitan will team up with Microsoft Windows 7 Calculator to accomplish those tasks. Let it be known that this Calculator may lie at times, and RuskieTitan accepts no responsibilities for such.

For the role of Director of Security, RuskieTitan will be retaining this position from last year. Under GM RuskieTitan, RuskieTitan has been granted full access to all codes and security measures, and is in charge of security breaches and conduct upheld. Let it be known that anyone who is giving away Titania's secrets will be promptly executed, then having a hearing and if necessary, a trial. Will also be stripped of their roles. In addition, anyone who compromises the Titans during this FFMD and resulting in the Titans being disciplined will be removed following their execution.

In addition, RuskieTitan is in charge of maintaining constant surveillance on known Michael Griffin haters.

For the role of Head Coach, RuskieTitan has been chosen. No doubt he'll lead the team to an undefeated record and Super Bowl championship, then getting "19-0" trademarked from the Patriots and make tons of money for the Titans.

For the role of Media Relations Director, RuskieTitan has been chosen. In order to ensure that Titania's secrets remain Titania's secrets, RuskieTitan will work alongside with Director of Security RuskieTitan in the event that releasing information to the public is required.

For the role of Assistant General Manager, ttitansfan4life and titans0021 have been both assigned to this positions, and as such will share all duties and responsibilities, as well as make final decisions on immediate situations in the circumstances that RuskieTitan is unavailable (Such as the Tennessee Titans being on the clock in the draft).

For the role of President of Player Personnel, Tyrants has been selected. He will be responsible for helping maintain the Titans roster updated and other important roles.

For the role of Head College Scout, NhTitan has been chosen. He will specialize in scouting the college talent and has a focus on the defensive side of the ball.

For the role of College Scout, Bloeddyr has been selected. He will assist in scouting the college ranks and participating in the overall decision process.

For the role of College Scout, Titan@USMC has been selected. He will assist in scouting the college ranks and participating in the overall decision process.

Now that we have hired a staff, it is time to get ourselves organized and working.

Please, feel free to post and provide your thoughts on anything during this FFMD, whether it is college prospects, potential trade offers, free agents, etc. If you see a team trying to trade a player in another War Room, do not hesitate to bring it up in this thread. I'd love for all of us to be active and talking about potential moves to improve our franchise.

As for what we need to do:

If we can have someone create codes for Rookies, that would be outstanding.

Codes for our team would be nice. Some of them would probably be relatively easy to figure out, but the less other teams are aware of our situation, the more leverage we have.

We won't be able to code all other team's players, but once the official free agent list is released we should have that coded. In the meantime, we can simply discuss in the open what ideas we have, etc.

I will attempt to figure out our salary cap situation and contracts for the upcoming year, so that we may discuss potential cuts, trades, resignings, etc.

If you think you can add something to help Titania out, go ahead and do it. Any and all work is appreciated.

Remember - above all, I'd love to have all of us actively posting and participating in here. No one is 'restricted' in any shape or form - everyone has an equal voice.

And if someone wants to join us after this announcement, then just shoot me a PM and join in!

Now let's get to work people!
