... sign a new WR: Tyler Shoemaker.
Left the squad last year, but great story before ... well, may be he shows up for off-season workouts. _________________ Be it known that this day, January 4, be known as Reid Friday from now until ... well, as long as it lasts ... |

At this point I have zero issue with getting a jump bringing these guys on board at this point in time. No loss in seeing if we can hit on a $5 lottery ticket. The bid difference is I would hope yhis regime would have enough sense to not try dredging during the season like Pioli.
Shoemaker has some physical ability to work with. Decent signing as far as camp body signings go. _________________

... and the next one: OG Ryan Durand. 7th Rounder with TEN in 2009 but only played in one regular season game so far. _________________ Be it known that this day, January 4, be known as Reid Friday from now until ... well, as long as it lasts ... |

Confusion ... CBS Chicago says he signed with the Bears, Rotoworld and Bob Gretz say he signed with the Chiefs .. well, may be he has a twin brother?? We'll see ... _________________ Be it known that this day, January 4, be known as Reid Friday from now until ... well, as long as it lasts ... |

KC, I was just about to question that...when I went to find out about Quarles I ran across the article stating he was signed by Chicago to a futures/reserve contract.

Looks lke Quarles really is a Bear. Both rotoworld & Gretz withdrew their report. _________________ Be it known that this day, January 4, be known as Reid Friday from now until ... well, as long as it lasts ... |

Prototypical Andy Reid signing. I like it. Camp body or not, he's a low risk, high reward signing. If we can get him to a jugs machine and work on his route running, he could be a good role player. Very shifty and fast. _________________

More than likely a Sutton influenced signing. Rex Ryan seemed to like him and he was viewed as a solid reserve defensive lineman the team. _________________
