It's a nice mock offseason. I think there is a 0.0000000000000001% chance the Bears just let Melton go, but it would be great to sign him.

He is a unrestricted free agent. If he wants to leave its up to him unless the Bears feel like paying him 11 million next year.

I am aware, and I think they would choose to franchise him if they could not come to a deal.

Bernadeau got better as the year went on. Broaddus agrees that he was the better of the two.

Yeah, I'd start him over Livings.

Livings wasn't great or even good by any stretch, but Bernadeau was pretty egregiously terrible, I thought.

I believe that Jerry is going to insist on Burnindeuce and Livings starting next year. He won't admit he made a mistake until it is indisputably proven. If we draft a guard we'll move the deuce to center.

Good offseason, though I question if Long is a RT at the next level. Would prefer to see Aboushi there if we go RT. Would love to get Melton, and I think its a decent chance he hits free agency. We will see

Sadly Jim I agree with you......this is what Jerry thinks of the o line and why he needs to remove himself as gm.
