Pumped about this hire. Dude knows Oline and should be a real asset to a young and inexperienced HC. |

I think he ran a man blocking scheme with the Jets. _________________

Power running scheme. He should do great as an offensive line coach actually. _________________

SI
ESPN
NFL News
San Jose Mercury News
CBS
They're all reporting it's happened although the Raiders denied it LOL. _________________

I think if he was hired on as an OC under a coach like McCarthy that runs the offense he would do just fine. He isn't a game day play caller IMO.....or one to be the "passing game" coordinator.
Or as an OL coach/Assistant HC as he took. _________________

Thanks for the confirmation Jets' fans. Appreciated. I'm excited for the hire assuming it happened. _________________

It's a good hire. Even though his offense was awful here, injuries ravaged the team most of the season. He's a good offensive line coach. |

Great hire.
Sparano wasn't much of a head coach or an offensive coordinator, but he can still be a hell of an offensive line coach. _________________ With much cheese,

Everything is pointing to it. McKenzie and the newly hired OC, Greg Olson, have talked about making better use of the personnel, specifically Darren McFadden. Dmac has been a lot more effective in a PBS under Hue Jackson and now the Raiders have hired a PBS OL coach. PBS it is. Now the question is what will happen to guys like Brisiel and Bergstrom who were signed and drafted last year to play in a ZBS. _________________

They adjust to the PBS or get cut or traded. _________________
