Fluker is a big body. Not fat like Andre Smith, but a giant framed kid. Arms like a pterodactyl. _________________

Where did you are that?
I would love to introduce DJ Fluker to Kong Suh in a dark alley and see if Suh still wants to slam our QB to the ground. _________________

North Practice Oline One on Ones…
Eric Fisher continued to impress in one on ones…only beaten once on an inside move and gave up a pressure on another both to Datone Jones from UCLA…
David Quessenberry was impressive both inside and out…tho at 295lb I doubt he is on our radar…
Braxton Cave & Hugh Thornton both looked out of place being routinely beaten or given up pressure. |

I don't swing that way, but if I did, Eric Fisher might be that guy, kid is so damn impressive.
Jordan Poyer and Desmond Trufant continue to separate themselves from the Pack. If we let DJ go, Trufant is a guy to give strong consideration to in the 4th. _________________

South Practice Oline One on Ones…
The three guys Mayock pointed out before practice begun all stood out…
Lane Johnson showed his athleticism…I feel he has better feet than Fisher but isn’t as strong…showed the ability to play left & right tackle…
Larry Warford is just a big beast…you can’t bull rush him…he will struggle a little against elite inside speed but if someone tried to run through him it isn’t going to happen…
Brian Schwenke out of Cal was impressive…Mayock says zone only but at 6-3” 307 I think he could play centre in any scheme…even looked good at guard…another potential development centre for next year if we could get him in the 4th. |

Apparently Vance McDonald is out there making defenders look silly. _________________

Mayock's guys lived up to his billing. Lane Johnson showed some nasty streak, Warford is the definition of an immovable object, and the Cal Center looks suspiciously like Ryan Kalil, when Kalil was at the Senior Bowl.
Small School kid Alford wants some talk as the best DB at the Senior Bowl. Great feet, locates the football, transitions super quick from pedal to drive.
Tavares King, remember that name as we get closer to the draft. _________________
