This is one of the dumbest, most unbelievable acts I've read in a long time. 2 months after your teammate drives drunk, crashes, gets another teammate killed, and gets arrested, you go and drive drunk too?!

I've defended Ratliff for a while, but no more. Good-bye.
I don't get it, though. I really don't. He didn't have any real character issues up until this year, did he? Most I can think of is some beat writers mentioning that he didn't like dealing with the media. If he did have problems, we may not have known about them, but surely they wouldn't have given him a $40M contract 2 years prior to his free agency if they didn't view him as a strong piece of the foundation/positive influence in the locker room. And if he really did just go from a gentle giant type to this... I mean, why? I just don't get it. _________________
