The oline is good but don't knock kaepernick. Dude is legit and extremely poised in the pocket and makes quick and decisive reads and throws. |

I'm not knocking, but to minimize the o-line is silly. The Qb (whoever was behind center) is well protected and there are plenty of running lanes. No QB can be effective without a great o-line, not even Brady as witnessed tonight. |

I want in on it, but I don't want to be a GM as I have no prior experience with this kind of thing. _________________

Remember when they asked Eli the same question? Now we just need the reporters in Tampa to ask Freeman if he's an elite QB. _________________

I have signed up to be the GM. And I am very excited about the upcoming offseason.
I was unaware of the proper etiquette, but I would like to start recruiting a staff if possible.
The only Bucs participant, besides myself that I really see in the GM mock forum is Xlfrosti. I'm sure there are others, I just haven't seen them in the recent ones.
Either quote this post or preferably send me a PM if you are interested in joining. |

Sounds good. You should get the hand of it pretty quickly.

I like the enthusiasm.
Until the GMs are officially named we should wait on forming a staff. People still have until Friday to nominate themselves as a GM.
The GM Mock forum is typically really quiet until the offseason. FFMD usually kicks things off in there. _________________

Yea i know, they frown upon forming a staff. Hopefully this message gets the word out and people come out there. I have never dont the FFMD, but the GM mocks in general are a blast! _________________

Although it's a sweet sig, I don't know if I would rock it right now. You haven't been named the GM yet _________________

Just stumbled across this video following Steven Jackson for a week. It is a few years old but really well done. If you have a half an hour to spare I recommend you watch it. _________________
