Re-sign Jake Long (franchise LT and a good offense is built around the o-line)
Re-sign Brian Hartline (solid #2, made a lot of plays for us this year, he deserves the money, GREAT chemistry with Tannehill)
Re-sign Randy Starks (dominate the line of scrimmage with Starks and Soliai)
Promote Charles Clay to starting TE (fast, reliable, can stretch the field and get up the seams, blocking is questionable)
-let Reggie Bush walk (love his work ethic but hes too expensive and I think daniel thomas & lamar miller can get the job done running the ball)
-let Sean Smith walk (overrated, gets beat for TDs and 3rd down conversions, misses tackles)
-sign elite receiver (Mike Wallace, Jennings or Bowe)
cut Karlos Dansby if we cant afford him (made 8.8 million last year)
Olivier Vernon showed alot of potential, i think he will start opposite of Cam Wake next season
move up and draft Dee Milliner in the top 10 (physical CB, 6'1 200 lbs, ballhawk)

Pointless cutting Dansby. decent player big cap hit and we can afford him.
The offseason needs a draft for me to comment on whether it is good or bad.
I wouldn trade up for Millner stick and take Banks if CB is the way we go. Would rather draft a pass rusher take Warmack or trade down and get Banks or Cooper personally. _________________

I agree that Jake Long is a franchise LT but this scheme does not fit him. We had the same productivity out of Martin.
I like the Hartline and starks resigning
I don't think Clay is a TE. I think he can create mismatches but to move him to that spot as a starter not sure about.
We cutting Bush,Smith, and Dansby I would need to see the draft plans as well. You cut some key areas. Not sure if I would get on board with this _________________

Does not make sense cutting Dansby. It is not as if he was a liability. Any equation that has to do with Mike Wallace Iam in favor. I do have concerns about his hands but Miami really needs to solidify their offensive line before they make a move and that means franchising Jake Long. I say let Starks walk. Miami just needs one starting calibre offensive guard. Every line has a weakness. I prefer that weak link to be Incognito because he is a bully and has a mean streak. John Jerry has to go. It is painful watching him pass block.
I think it is time this coaching staff start using Clay more in the pass game. Splitting him out and having him run routes is an option but they really need to cut the rookie. I read a article about his performance and the fact his teammates consider him soft. _________________ "Yesterday Is History, Tomorrow Is A Mystery, And Today Is A Gift. I'm just curious, is Clay a TE or a FB? _________________

1. Clay is not reliable...that is his biggest weakness.
2. Dansby will not be cut. I think it was an $11 million dollar penalty to cut him. A top 10 MLB is going nowhere. _________________

I don't see us cutting Dansby. I do see Ireland trying to restructure his deal but cutting him wouldn't make sense.
Promoting Clay IMO is not a good idea. I like him as a flex FB TE option. Let's take care of TE in FA or the draft. _________________

I posted one off-season where we keep Smith and I have another where I let him go (post it next week). The issue is Smith isn't great and the Dolphins need more talent in the secondary. If they do keep Smith they need to sign and draft people to push him and possibly replace him. _________________
