Highly doubt he is active. This is just to get to 53.

Which makes the move even more interesting. Surely Derrick Martin would have been a better option considering the poor play of our ST's against the Texans and a better option for the active roster, rather than just fill the 53 with an 'anybody'

Martin is already on the 53-man roster, he was just a healthy inactive last week... he will probably be active for the Ravens game.
