QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: Steven Jackson
WR: Calvin Johnson
G: Carl Nicks (hey Dom got him in FA in 2012, still coulda drafted him)
G: Davin Joseph (they got one right)
That right their is the core to you're offense you could have continued to build around. Just think if they got it right.

The bypassing of Rodgers was Gruden's greatest failure. If he is recognized as a great QB coach, he can't miss on drafting one of the next great QBs. It is not like the depth chart was that great at the time.
