Andy Heck hired as OL Coach by Kansas City

According to Fox Sports, Andy Heck has been hired as the Offensive Line Coach by the Kansas City Chiefs :

What can you guys tell me about Andy Heck as a position coach? Obviously the Jaguars have had alot of success running the ball with Maurice Jones-Drew, I am wondering what credit Heck should receive for the rushing attack? It seems like other than Eugene Monroe, the Jaguar offensive line doesn't exactly boast many high pedigree players but has been pretty solid.

Thoughts on Heck and his contribution to the Jaguars?

I do not know too much about andy heck, but the jaguars OL has been below average over the past couple years.

Eugene monroe has become a pretty good player, we have had some OL play well in spurts but we have also has injuries. I think he is a fine OL coach, simply from seeing what he has had to work with.

I just liked him because he was a really good player, but I don't think he's that good of a coach. It doesn't mean I think he's terrible, but unless a few guys come out of nowhere to be good starters you don't really notice many position coaches
