You never know how good a guy is going to be at a job they've never done. But I like the young guys who have been hired by great coaches and promoted several times.

Right? I mean he basically rights the offense.
Poor Whis. He probably would've gotten a HC gig not too far down the road because Peyton would've made him look like a genious. |
