Its very possible he wasnt getting the job. Perhaps DeCamillis as STC is in the bag and no secret around HH. I'mjust spitballing but thats what it says to me about him leaving.

I just read a tweet quoting Toub saying that they were a package deal. I guess they just work real well together and O'Dea is fine being second fiddle.

He has been awful since the building fell on him. Our Special Teams Units have often only had 10 men. Our Return game has been awful. But the most frustrating thing has been the lack of awareness on Special Team Defensive Plays.
I think a change will do him good. And he seems to be highly regarded elsewhere. But Dallas as a whole Rejoices today.
