He's a low risk signing. He had a ton of potential coming out of college...not sure why he's been so bad. Maybe needs to get out of Cleveland. I wouldn't care if we signed him and gave him a shot to prove himself in camp/preseason.

No he didnt, hes as average as they come from athletic ability to ceiling.

A low risk signing? More like a waste. Dude is average as hell, soft, and just flat out sucks. I'd almost want any other WR available other than him.
