Like I said in the News section, I'm not against bringing him in if we develop our own Kaep while we do it. Overall, our weapons are better than what the 49ers have, IMO and they got a lot our of Smith there. |
Our line is a lot worse than theirs though. Which isn't exactly great news if we're expecting to get those kind of results out of Alex Smith. |
Of course. I said that before somewhere when we were discussing Roman. I think we can have some players that can be successful if we bring in the right pieces at QB & those three o-line spots.

Yeah. I hope that's the sort of direction we go. Build up the O-Line into really solid group, so when we do unleash whatever young QB we eventually end up with...he'll have a great opportunity to succeed. |

That's exactly what I wanted the Jets to do if we hired Tom Gamble. Go with Alex Smith and a Zac Dysert.
