Since there is a chance we run a hybrid, who are available coaches that would run it?
ARI ran a hybrid a few years ago, but I don't remember their DC.
Was Ryan the only one in BAL to use it? _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

Every new coach at every city always says they are going to implement a more aggresive attacking defense. We've heard it hear for 14 years and I have yet to see one. _________________

You should at least give the guy the benefit of the doubt.
The '07 offense that he was coordinating was pretty aggressive.
All I'm saying is the guy has 'walked the walk' when given the chance. _________________

Ryan was decently aggressive. It just didn't always work well _________________

Here's the actual quote from Banner:
| Quote: | | "I think you should pay attention closely to Rob’s comments, that there are a lot of hybrid defenses out there right now that actually kind of go back and forth depending upon the down, distance, circumstance and opponent. I think either system we play there’s additional needs of talent to add to the defense to get it to the quality we want. But neither would require a massive revamping of the talent we have." |

I can dig this.
No matter what, our biggest holes are DE, CB and FS. I could love with DQ, JMJ, Gocong, Fort and or Robertson for the time being, though I think we sign a LB.
We need to go DE or CB first round, then maybe the opposite in round 3.
Sign some good players.
I could see us being flexible in scheme as long as we hit on FS, CB and DE.
Good thing we have plenty of cap and picks.
This is gonna be a real fun offseason.
We may actually have to pay attention at midnight on FA, just like old times.
BTW, We are gonna skull F FFMD this year. _________________
