Hmm, it's possible.
I'm actually surprised these other teams are in such a hurry to hire a coach with the playoffs still going on. |
Most teams understand, with the playoffs dragging on til Febuary, you need to get someone in the door to evaluate what they have left in the building in terms of players and coaches.
No respectable head coach is going to walk through the door and say, " you guys, GM and Asst. Coaches, did a great job evaluating all the players. We'll just go with that this off season." |
With the Vick decision coming up soon, the Eagles really need to get this ball rolling.

Ideally we want to get a Head Coach and staff in place by the Senior Bowl (which is in a couple of weeks). We better appoint someone in the next week or so to do that.
