I know the Barkley idea will be shunned by many here, but I like the idea behind it. I really do think he's a guy a team will try to build around. _________________

Only things i liked were Kenny Philips, Corey Fuller, and the fifth round. Rest was not too great. _________________

| This mock would get Howie Roseman & Les Snead both fired from their respective GM positions, but maybe that's the entire point of this mock. Who knows? |

Yeah dude we get your different... we all get it... but come on , can ya come down from your internet cloud and be real?
About laughed once i got through the free agency and then officially LOL'ed at the trade down for Matt Barkley , then saw some potential trolling in Jordan in the 2nd. dudes a top 10 pick. waits for some redic comment about his arm and finger length. |
Why would Dion Jordan be a top 10 pick? He never dominated college at any point. Did he ever even have a single dominant game? |
I actually agree with PE on Dion, he never stood out to me in any oregon game. |
But he's 6'7", that guarantees that he will dominate in the NFL. Wait, how many 6'7"defensive players have ever been above average in production in NFL histoyr? |
bahaha hen why on earth do you want us to take him!? Not to mention you have us signing a 6'7 DE in FA. I just do not understand you. _________________

That makes one, continue...
Also drafting someone in the 2nd round to me means that you believe that he will most likely be an average NFL starter at his best. Most of the Eagles 2nd round picks over the last 15 years probably weren't even good enough to be classified as average starters. Dion Jordan in college pretty much was just a notch above being an average starter. No one wants to bring his stats in here. How about comparing his production to Anthony Barr's production, another guy that transitioned from the offensive side of the ball. I like Dion, but I like him moving backwards on the field more than I like him moving forward, which means SAM linebacker position rather than any sort of pass rusher. |
