I think Huff is more valuable to our team than DHB. Our WR corps w/o DHB looks a lot better than our DBs do w/o Huff. Another year with Gio starting at FS? Barf. |
The safety draft class isn't too bad though. I'd be very happy with Jefferson or Rambo in the 3rd.

True, it all depends on how the offseason unfolds. I think a 3rd would be better used on the OL, DL or CB right now.

i find it hard to rely on
-ford being anything except injured
-moore to stop being such a wuss on every route that isnt deep
-streeter not to have a soph slump
-criner coming in and being a star
gio is trash and should be cut or stricky special teams
for the $ huff is being paid unless he moves to cb i cant see him being better than mike mitch
id def try to pick up a fa safety and one in the draft

I see your point, but if you cant rely on Ford, Moore, Streater, or Criner, does that mean you are relying on DHB? DHB is not a guy that you should be "relying" on to lead your WR corps, nor is he a difference maker. IMO, if he disappeared we wouldnt even notice. Streater looked better than DHB ever has, and even if he slumps I think we will get similar production out of him as we would with DHB.
