It is hilarious how the media is touting him as a one the hot coaching candidates.....but fan bases of teams with openings want nothing to do with him.

He's been linked to Telesco, Caldwell, and obviously Gamble.

I wonder if the Jags and Chargers compete for Roman's services now, or if this is just media speculation.

I don't think we necessarily go that route, but I'm happy that Telesco likely won't just bring along Arians without tons of interviews.
