You still never provided a reason as to why... |
We're a 2 win team without him? Seriously. |

I voted for Carr because he was one of the very few players left on the defense that was holding the team together. I don't think his worth was as slap you in the face obvious as a player like Spencer, but I think he was even more important because he and Claiborne gave the D-line + linebackers all day to get to the quarterback (and even then they really didn't get home very often). He also made two very important, game changing interceptions in back to back games vs Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh. If he didn't intercept those passes, it's very possible that the Cowboys could have lost both of those games and been out of contention the rest of the way.
I'd take Carr over Witten only because the defense was hanging on by a thread with all the major injuries they sustained throughout the year.. and I give the credit to Carr for holding things up on his end. Witten had a career year but I feel like Dez, Dwayne Harris, and even Murray were more effective weapons down the stretch as far as the offense goes.
Maybe I'm just happy that I didn't have to watch the Dallas secondary get trampled this year _________________

It'd fall on deaf ears and I'd be proclaimed a homer so why bother? I've made the case 100x in the last 2 weeks. _________________

Agreed. Without Romo, I dont think we would have won 4 games. When you look at what he had to work with, especially early on (penalties, terrible O-line, no running game etc...), it is amazing how well he carried Dallas all season.
#3 would be Witten.
52nd is Doug Free. _________________ Gmenseattle: "Yes Eli is the reason our season is going down the tubes."
