can't we just hire Ray Horton and Keim and start planning for the 2013 season? enough of this interviewing Jay Gruden and Mike McCoy garbage and get this thing done.

I agree. We still got to start looking for a whole new Offense coaching staff.

I like that he is a RBs coach  However that might not play well for him developing a QB/Kolb

Just for reference, Todd Haley has never coached QBs as an assistant. Bruce Arians first assistant job in college AND his first assistant job in the NFL were both as running backs coach. Norv Turner's first first assistant job in college AND in the NFL were both as wide receivers coach.
While it's certainly nice to have someone in the OC spot with more experience as a hands on QB coach, I definitely don't see it as a must to consider someone a qualified candidate.
Wilson's an interesting choice in that he coached here in AZ for 2 years under Denny Green. Maybe Bidwill knows/remembers him?

Also since we're talking candidates and QB prowess, let it be known that Mike McCoy has coached just 1 QB in his entire 8 year NFL career experience working with QBs who ranked in the top half (Not top 5, not top 10, simply top HALF) of the league in overall quarterback passer rating: Peyton Manning.

Per Jurecki, Marc Trestman has an interest in the Cardinals job. Was our OC during the 98 playoff season.
Interesting guy. Has done TONS of work with QBs. Not much of a track record elsewhere however. No idea who he'd attract defensively.

Trestman was the archetect of those great raiders offenses led by rich gannon correct? |
