But will I remember it or will I be foggy after about half way through tailgating. That, my friends, is the million dollar question.
I hope they enjoy their decision to cut off beer sales at half time for this game...

| I just read about that half-time alcohol ban. What gives? Must be afraid that people will get too rowdy. |

7 PM game, most people from Wisconsin start drinking around 7 AM that's a lot of drinking time before the game.

That's exactly it. They stated it a bit more subtly, but you're correct. Too many "incidents" at the last Vikings/Packers game in GB, coupled with the night game and playoff atmosphere.
I will be doing my part, half time ban or not.
I'll do my best to keep you guys updated throughout the day, as long as my phone battery permits. (Lord knows it will not). _________________

They aren't up from passing out the night before, that was my theory. I'm sure some just go straight through the night. _________________ Gnat's Movie Reviews

We start at 8AM for all badger games, regardless of start time... About once a year the campus gets to enjoy 8AM-7PM drinking. My parents have also been letting me drink as much as I want since I was 16. Any alcohol jokes about wisconsin are well deserved |

Nothing like drinking Old Style and eating scrambled eggs plus a block of cheese the size of a car battery at 8a.m. |

Currently sitting at my desk, but into place today might as well be a cardboard cut out. It really took a lot of will power to not pour myself a nice stiff drink with breakfast. _________________

i hope this travelogue doesn't just become a boozy drinking adventure tale. that's really not all that interesting, compared to football related stories and observations. _________________

You will get the full story, edited down to PG13 of course.
Sadly, there's not much football related going on right now. Lots of purple being worn downtown Minneapolis today, lots of buzz about the game. Packer fans insufferable and overconfident around here as always. _________________
