Chip can't leave the Ducks until after his bowl game per his contract. The only way anythign happens this way if it is agreed in principle.

That's what the article described..a principle agreement. According to whoever this guy is, Kelly won't be comin up to CLE until Friday, AFTER his bowl game.
Regardless, I still think the title is a bit misleading. Nothing is confirmed. We can't put all our hopes in this one blog. Who has actually heard of this site until Bluntz posted it?

As much as I would like to believe this report, this doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.
As EZ stated yesterday, let's wait until one of the larger outlets confirms it until we run with it.
Locking for now.... hoping we can unlock it very soon.
