Steelers need to simply get the hell away from Colon, Keisel, and possibly Ike, pay Lewis, and that allows us to draft BPA in the 1st and grab a Xavier Rhodes or Jonathan Banks.
and then we might have 2 CBs who can actually catch a football |
If we did let those people go/cut them, I would much rather not pay Lewis, and keep Taylor, while drafting Rhodes or Banks.
Starting Allen and Ike in 2013, then Rhodes/Banks moving in 2014. Curtis Brown will always be a nickel. |
Why in God's green Earth would you let Lewis walk?! He was great this year, and will only get better. _________________ Come Follow My Oakland Multi-Sport Franchise! |

I have to agree with SC. I'll take Lewis'potential and the next eight years over Ike's final two. _________________

Lewis did better because LeBeau switched from mainly zone to mostly bump man coverage. Now they have 3 CBs that excel at that ( Ike, Lewis and Allen). _________________

That's the main factor, IMO. I think Lake did a great job as well. _________________

Steelers front office is no place is no place to be a fan. They have to make smart businesses decisions and if Harrison & Ike don't make sense there gone simple as that. _________________

I'm just worried that the contract year was a real motivator for him that won't be there next year. I want Lewis back and I want to believe in him but I have my doubts _________________
