Good luck tonight vs the lakeshow.. It's crazy how Lewis is killing it for the Hawks and Young has stunk it up..

May I ask! What is the Indentity of this team? Because it's not very well put together.

You guys were known for Defensive/FastBreak offense. Now

it's just weird Confused

We we're going to use Bynum as our main source of offense, then kick it out for 3, kinda like Orlando with dwight

It was supposed to be focused around Bynum. When he has the ball on the block, it forces a double team which he could kick out to the open guy, whether is be one of the shooters (Nick Young, Jason Richardson, Dorell Wright, quite frankly Evan Turner this year as well, and Jrue can knock down the 3 ball as well) or hit a cutter (Turner, Thad, Jrue). Without Bynum or a legitimate post presence in general our structure has gone down the pooper.

Quote:
Backcourt: Dwyane Wade (Mia) 430,925; Rajon Rondo (Bos) 382,613; Deron Williams (BKN) 211,426; Kyrie Irving (Cle) 155,989; Ray Allen (Mia) 130,016; Monta Ellis (Mil) 47,650; Raymond Felton (NYK) 37,974; Jason Terry (Bos) 36,147; Brandon Jennings (Mil) 35,610; Jrue Holiday (Phi) 35,193.

Jrue is flat out being disrespected. Outside of Rondo I don't see a player on that list better than Jrue as a pure point. You could make the argument for Irving, but thats it. Hopefully the coaches do the right thing and put him on the team. Seriously, Jason Terry and Ray Allen ahead of him is an absolute joke, as are any of the other guys.

It's a popularity contest. Jrue isn't very popular compared to the rest of these guys. What would help is if the team was doing well and the team was going deep into the playoffs year in and year out. He's just getting started though so if he makes the team this year then he'll start to get more respect in the voting years to come. Exposure is what's missing for him.

Apparently Bynum is getting close to basketball activities per CSNPhilly.

Pretty much, we're still offensively inept.

I can't imagine how bad this team would be if Jrue wasn't here.
