Rnd 1. Alex Okafor – OLB - Texas
Rnd 2. Lane Johnson – OG/OT - Oklahoma
Rnd 3. Phillip Thomas – S – Fresno State
Rnd 4. Kiko Alonso – ILB - Oregon
Rnd 5. Aaron Mellet - WR - Elon
Rnd 6. Mychal Rivera – TE - Tennessee
Rnd 7. Alex Carder – QB – Western Michigan |
Like OLB Okafor in the 1st.
Think using a 2nd on an OG/OT is a bit high, we know Foster can hold his ground at LG.
Love S Thomas but he won't be there in the 3rd round, he hauled in 8 interceptions.
Don't know ILB Alonso.
Really like WR Mellette but he's going much higher than the 5th round, probably 2nd round. He's 6' 3", 218 lbs, runs somewhere around 4.53, caught 97 receptions and 18 TD's.
Don't know TE Rivera.
Like QB Carder. |

Like OLB Okafor in the 1st. eh....I'm kinda bullish on him. Not real impressed

None of the 1st round talent this year really impresses me. Bjoern Werner does, Jarvis Jones does, and Te'o does but I think his value is over inflated. I think the real value this next draft is in the late 2nd to early 3rd round which is why I hope we trade down.
You won't be surprised if we dump Foster and keep Colon? That would really be something. |

I could see it happening. The FO and Ben love Colon and Foster is a free agent. _________________
