Geno Smith will more than likely be off the board but I could see a team that falls in love with Wilson, Glennon, or Barkley wanting to move up and get their guy.

Yeah, we really need to secure that number 3 pick, it could turn this franchise around, assuming the jags don't trade down.

Having the third pick and finding a trading partner that wants to move up for a quarterback would be ideal. I could even see a team like Dallas wanting to move up if they fall in love with a quarterback to groom as Romo's successor.
