Somers: Peterson Named to NFC ProBowl

The rosters will officially be announced within the hour but Kent Somers is stating that Patrick Peterson, PP21, has been named a starter at the cornerback spot for the NFC.

Still awaiting word on D-Wash, Zastudil.

Larry Fitzgerald and Daryl Washington have been named as Pro Bowl alternates. Nothing for Big Z.

Peterson joins Rod Woodson as the only other player in history to named to the Pro Bowl as a defender and as a return man.

Peterson and Sherman should be the starting CB's for the NFC.

Daryl was always going to be in hot competition with Navorro and Patrick.

Cannot beleive Sherman got snubbed at CB, cannot beleive Chancellor got snubbed at S. They got the wrong starting safety duo there, should be Thomas/Chancellor with Rhodes/Goldson as the third guy.
