As it stands now, we've played the 4th toughest SOS thus far behind the Lions, Cardinals and Jaguars but the Jags finish their year against Tennessee while we finish vs. Seattle and our SOS were nearly equal so we'll end up with a tougher SOS.
I think this is a good predictor of things to come. In 2010, while we won 7 games, we had one of the NFL's weakest schedules. This year, the opposite is true. We will win either 7 or 8 games with one of the NFL's toughest schedules. If we upgrade at a few positions with players improving and an easier schedule, we could very well contend next year. We'll see.
But I thought you guys would find this interesting. _________________

Thats definitely a confidence booster going into the offseason. It suggests we are a few guys away from contending for playoffs. What a job Fisher and crew have done, kudos to them. _________________

I heard Fisher mention last week prior to the Bucs game that we not only had the #4 SoS but it was the 3rd hardest defense matchups for the year. With Seattle still to go on that. Very impressive job this year all told by the Rams. _________________
