"The Chargers made a bevy of moves on Tuesday, placing wide receiver Malcom Floyd, right tackle Reggie Wells and running back Ryan Mathews on the reserve-injured list. In corresponding moves, the team signed wide receiver Mike Willie and defensive end Damik Scafe off the practice squad to the active 53-man roster."
more info at the DOTcom
Not sure why Scafe was brought up, still have 1 free slot on the roster. _________________

Welcome to Tank Mode, gentlemen.
At least this benefits me in that I'm playing against Floyd in a consolation final in my money league this week. _________________

So Harris/Haslam with Schilling as backup. I mean, could it possibly get worse? _________________

Not like Haslam has really done much outside Pitt though. _________________

The last slot will be for Baker, or a RB they find on the street. They never filled Martin's spot at DE, which is probably the reason for Scafe. _________________

Yeah, haven't we been short on linemen at times? _________________

Yup. Garay and Thomas have taken snaps at DE since Martin went down. _________________

Good news. Floyd just has an ankle sprain.
Rotoworld wrote: | A league source tells the Union-Tribune San Diego that Malcom Floyd's (injured reserve) ankle injury is only a sprain, not a break.
Floyd was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, but it wasn't because his injury was major. With only two games left in the season, he simply didn't have enough time to get healthy. His sprain is likely of the "high" variety. Although both Floyd's yards per game and yards per catch dropped precipitously this season, he'll be back with the Chargers in 2013 after signing a four-year extension in September. |

As expected...
Rotoworld wrote: | Chargers promoted RB Edwin Baker from the practice squad.
A seventh-round pick in last April's draft, Baker didn't make it past final cuts. Even with Ryan Mathews (collarbone) done for the season, Baker will be no higher than third on the depth chart. |

Time for Baker to Foster his way to a job with us, unleash the two headed monster called the Baker of Bakersfield.
This also mean Meachem will get more than 1 snap _________________

I wouldn't bet on it.....
We can't pass deep and Meach hasn't shown anything else. |
