Heres a table I made which contains info on each and every one of JJs sacks so far this year.

Jeez, that's awesome. I'd love to see the same thing with Aldon Smith and Von Miller. I remember a chart a few years back showing Kyle Vandenbosch's 12 sack season and like 10 of them were 3rd and 10 or more and almost all in the 4th quarter of blowouts. All sacks aren't equal and it looks like most of JJs are of the high impact variety. Furthermore, unlike Mario who would only rack up sacks against crappy teams, JJ's performance doesn't vary by quality of opponent. _________________

I already did Aldon's. You can find it in the sack watch thread in NFL Gen or in San Fran forum. _________________

I'm really missing Mario right about now.. Our pass rush would be significantly better if we able to retain him. To me.. OLB is a top 3 draft need. _________________

I give up. Resigning Mario means losing at least 2 of Foster, Schaub, Myers, Brown plus Barwin, Quin, etc. Meanwhile, as predicted, the Bills "dream team d-line" can't stop the run with their gaggle of one dimensional players and are giving up the 4th most points in the AFC even with Mario now racking up sacks against the weaker LTs while his team looks at another last place finish. Merci has 6 sacks in limited PT and I certainly wouldn't bet against him passing Mario's productivity just 2 years into his 6 year deal at a price a mere $92 million cheaper. Sure, Mario would be a nice piece of this team right now as would Winston and DeMeco, but so would being able to play with 14 players on the field on defense, but that doesn't mean it's possible. The Bills signing of Mario will go down as one of the 5 worst deals in NFL history before it is done and may ultimately cripple the franchise. Meanwhile we are 11-2 and positioned to be even better next year. _________________
