That would be the last straw for me.
Andy Reid has fired every single person around him and said, "We need to work hard," for the last few years. He forces his scheme over player's skill set or game situation. I feel like a number of his players don't like or respect him. I don't think he manages a game well at all.
Does this sound familiar?
Fitz isn't good? You scoundrel!
The one thing that Reid has over Gailey is his talent evaluation. He has found some good players for his system over the years but I feel like we need to stop hiring other people's trash. |

Only 3 losing seasons in 14 years, 7 division titles, 5 NFC Championship appearances, 1 Super Bowl appearance, 2002 AP/SN/PFW/Max NFL Coach of the Year, 2000 SN/Max Coach of the Year.

Douglas, Dawkins, Trotter, Simon, Taylor, Vincent and Jim Johnson.
McNabb and Westbrook didn't hurt either. |

God I hate Gailey. Its like he refuses to do the right thing in so many ways. I really feel for you guys. Can’t help but wonder if this is finally gonna be the time you guys hire a real coach. Not trying to be disrespectful or anything, I just have seen this over and over again living in WNY. Do you guys think Fitzpatrick comes back?

Yes. I think Fitz comes back, for the simple fact that if we draft a QB he is going ot have to learn the offense, and Fitz is a good stop gap at QB.
On the Gailey notion - He is terrible at game management. His coaching choices are terrible, his use of CJ Spiller is terribe, his faith in Fitzy is terrible. With that being said, I think he will be the HC in 2013.

I think Fitz comes back as we don't gain to save cutting him.. I could see us rolling with Fitz/Rookie/Vick ?? Type situation , but Gailey has to go. |

There's just no way. I was in shock he didn't get the axe last offseason
