Drafted Cousins because he was the best guy on the board and it turned out he won them a game today. WAS stays in the playoff hunt |
Yeah and everyone laughed at him for it at the time too.
Given that Mike and Kyle have designed a completely new offense for RG3, they had to have two QBs (because RG3 is an injury risk given his style of play) who can be brought along in said offense together without having been pre-programed in something different. |
They are both great fits for the Shanny system. No doubt about it.
Plus, Cousins is an excellent backup for RGIII, who will likely miss more games each season if he continues to run the way he does. Only player that can withstand the hits hes taking is Cam Newton. _________________

If the Chiefs/Raiders game was in my market I would be so pissed off. What a terrible game between two terrible teams. _________________

Jeez Kapernick is the real deal. I pray Osweiler can emerge in much the same way.
Fingers crossed 9ers can pull this off. If they do, Denver will be 4 games away from the Super Bowl including a bye and a home game in the play offs- I love this scenario. |

If we were to play NE again we need to watch this tape. You beat NE by pressure up the middle and pressing WRs at the line.
Having D.J. would be a big plus as blitzing up the middle is one of his best aspects of his game. _________________

| I am flat out impressed by what I am seeing Kapernick do to this New England defense. |

Still this game is in Boston and he is leading his team to a lot better showing than Peyton did for the Broncos against the same "horrid defense." |

Dare I dream of a #1 seed for the Broncos?
With Adrian Peterson running the way he is and a play off birth at stake, it is not a given that the Texans will beat the Vikings in Houston. Last game of the season is on the road against a solid Colts team that will be up for the game. Conceivably Houston could lose its last two games. Is it likely? No. But there is a chance. |

That Bronco team versus today's Bronco team are rather different. Me thinks that today's Broncos would beat Pats team. _________________ Ninja stealth muggers in the Bellagio has left me in a state of congitive disonance... |

Lots of time left with Brady at the helm.
But, if this score hold up, and Broncos end up with a number seed, their chances of winning the confernce just went up dramatically. MUCH better odds against NE at Mile High. |

I had that same conversation with a friend today. We both agree with you. |
