I think we are finally seeing the Hardesty that Heckert saw when he decided to draft him.
So far this season
46 carries for 215 yards at 4.7 per att.
Now if he had had the same amount of att's as Trent he would have 1161 yards with 3 games to go.
Now I realise his stats may be inflated thanks to not being the number one guy and not facing as many in the box as Trent but I'm very happy with what he has done this year. _________________

He's definitely showing the reason why he was drafted so high with his running, but also showing why we drafted Trent with his attempts at catching.
Great COP back, though. Best pair of RBs we've had since the Byner/Mack days. |

I'd love Kenjon Barner, but there are only so many carries and they're having a hard enough time finding them for Hardesty so I'm not holding my breath. |

I think Trent needs to watch Mohard a little. He just hits the hole hard and fast.
Some have questioned Trents burst and top end speed. I think they are fine. I just think he is dancing to much and also has to face more in the box. With Gordon and Little getting better every week we wont be far away from teams not being able to stack the box against Trent. _________________

I'm hoping for that teams start fearing our passing game more because I'm getting kind of sick of watching us scrum Richardson for 3 yards every single run play.
Hardesty is more hit and miss than Richardson. Richardson is pretty much gets you 3 yards regardless of blocking. Hardesty will get stuffed with bad blocking but seems to make better use of decent blocking. Richardson is so much better in the passing game though it's kinda hard to put him on the sidelines. |

I love the way he's running, and it's good to see a guy who was bashed relentlessly show us that he can actually play.
Still room for improvement, though. He still has hands of stone, and he fumbles too much. Say what you want about Richardson's lack of explosion, but he's much better suited to be the bell cow of an offense (even when he's not breaking the long runs). _________________ Cleveland Browns: We put the fun in dysfunction.
